This project  involves of the printing section of a publisher and intricates devices that accept text and graphic output from a computer and transfer the information to paper. or some other medium. These include;

•  Printing of products, such as newspapers, books, periodicals, business forms, greeting cards, and other materials
•  Associated support activities, such as bookbinding, plate-making services, and data imaging.

Multi-purpose business in general is an infrastructure that contains many different functions such that stores, shops, restaurants and cafés, may have also cinema, offices and bowling lawn thus it is the perfect facility for the University  at large.

 This impracticable design gives service ( accommodation) to students and reliable staffs so as to feel at home or at ease.  These include; 

• Private rented houses or rooms.
• University-managed houses and apartments. 
• University halls of residence, private halls and, family stays or homestays.

This planned endeavor involves a minimum of 10% of lettable stead to be maintained for private abode use. It includes minimal facilities for guests like:

•  A bedroom, access to a bathroom and toilet separate to that of the hosts.

•  A dining room area where breakfast is served.

   N.B Breakfast is the only meal that is to be served to guests.
